But it works similar to how a travel agent gets commissioned by their partnerships with hotels, cruise lines, airlines etc. We show you our recommended trusted housing partners located all over Chico, and in return the property covers our costs. Which means we can pass along our services to you at ZERO cost! Pretty neat huh?

  • Yes, as much as we would love to work with everyone, we do have minimum requirements. These requirements are meant to help reduce your burden of applying to properties that you may not qualify for. We encourage you to fill out our questionnaire to find out if our services can help you with your search.

The searching, verifying pricing/amenities/utilities, setting up tours, waiting for calls back from each management company, it is a CHORE! We are happy to shoulder that burden for you.
